APPOINTMENT PROCEDURE

How does the appointment with an osteopath work?

An osteopathic treatment starts with a detailed anamnesis interview, in which I take your medical history, symptoms and personal needs. I then

perform a thorough physical examination to identify possible dysfunctions and imbalances. Based on this information, I develop an individualized

treatment plan that may include various osteopathic techniques such as gentle mobilization, manipulation or tissue relaxation. During the session, I

work with my hands with the goal of releasing tension, improving mobility and restoring natural balance to your body. My primary goal is to promote

your health and enhance your well-being.
